The Property & Private Beach

Lithalona Villas & Houses sits on 13,000 square metres of olive groves directly above the pebbly beach of Marathias. The estate has its own private beach area with sun loungers and sun umbrellas set into a small bay. Guests can walk from their villa straight down to the sea with no public access to this stretch of coast.

Villas & Houses

Each unit is built following local construction traditions and opens onto a garden terrace with sea views. Every villa has a kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle, plus a spacious dining area. All bathrooms come with slippers and free toiletries, and each unit has a satellite flat-screen TV.

Leisure

The property provides a barbecue for guest use and offers fruits and vegetables from its own garden, plus the proprietors' extra virgin olive oil, depending on season. Guests can play table tennis, and the area is used for snorkelling, diving, cycling, fishing, hiking, horse riding and canoeing. Bike tours and walking tours are also available, along with board games and puzzles indoors.

Two restaurants are located within a short walking distance of the villas, including Votsalo Taverna and Marathia Star.
